Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 lb strawberries, sliced
  • 34 bananas, sliced
  • 1 box vanilla wafer cookies, crushed
  • 1 cup strawberry puree
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until it thickens.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and softened cream cheese, then beat until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the pudding mixture.
  4. Mix the strawberry puree with whipped topping until well combined.
  5. In a large pan or individual serving containers, layer the pudding mixture, followed by a layer of crushed vanilla wafers, banana slices, and strawberry slices.
  6. Add a layer of the strawberry cream, then repeat the layers as desired.
  7. Garnish with extra strawberries, banana slices, and crushed vanilla wafers on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set, then serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is softened to avoid lumps. Use ripe bananas for best flavor. Can add extra layers or fruits for variation.
