Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust layer. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese with a mixer until smooth. Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Gently fold in the whipped cream and sliced strawberries to keep the mixture airy.
  3. Pour the creamy filling over the crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Drizzle melted chocolate chips in a decorative pattern on top.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the cheesecake is fully set.
  5. Before serving, top with fresh strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
