- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
- Whipped cream for garnish
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust layer. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Beat the softened cream cheese with a mixer until smooth. Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Gently fold in the whipped cream and sliced strawberries to keep the mixture airy.
- Pour the creamy filling over the crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Drizzle melted chocolate chips in a decorative pattern on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the cheesecake is fully set.
- Before serving, top with fresh strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
Notes
Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor. This cheesecake can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
