- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Blend all the crepe ingredients (flour, eggs, milk, and melted butter) together until smooth.
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Pour in a small amount of the batter and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly golden.
- Take the cooked crepe, fill it with slices of banana and strawberries, and fold it over.
- Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
Notes
Serve warm and sprinkle with extra strawberries, drizzle with chocolate syrup, or dust with powdered sugar.
