Description

Delightful crepes filled with ripe bananas and strawberries, perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Blend all the crepe ingredients (flour, eggs, milk, and melted butter) together until smooth.
  2. Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Pour in a small amount of the batter and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly golden.
  3. Take the cooked crepe, fill it with slices of banana and strawberries, and fold it over.
  4. Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream.

Notes

Serve warm and sprinkle with extra strawberries, drizzle with chocolate syrup, or dust with powdered sugar.
