A delicious and healthy treat made with strawberries, bananas, and chia seeds, perfect for breakfast or dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup banana, sliced
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Once set, stir the chia pudding and layer it with chopped strawberries and banana slices in bowls or glasses.
- Optionally drizzle with additional honey or top with extra fresh fruit before serving. Enjoy chilled!
