A delicious and healthy treat made with strawberries, bananas, and chia seeds, perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup banana, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Once set, stir the chia pudding and layer it with chopped strawberries and banana slices in bowls or glasses.
  3. Optionally drizzle with additional honey or top with extra fresh fruit before serving. Enjoy chilled!
