A delicious and nutritious treat that combines strawberries, bananas, and chia seeds for a healthy snack or breakfast.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup banana, sliced
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond milk, chia seeds, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, stir the chia pudding. Layer the pudding with the chopped strawberries and banana slices in bowls or glasses.
- Optionally drizzle with additional honey or top with extra fruit. Enjoy chilled!
Notes
Store any leftover pudding in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Stir before serving.
