A delicious and nutritious treat that combines strawberries, bananas, and chia seeds for a healthy snack or breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup banana, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond milk, chia seeds, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. When ready to serve, stir the chia pudding. Layer the pudding with the chopped strawberries and banana slices in bowls or glasses.
  3. Optionally drizzle with additional honey or top with extra fruit. Enjoy chilled!

Notes

Store any leftover pudding in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Stir before serving.
