Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, whole milk, fresh strawberries, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a large bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Pour the blended frappuccino base into a tall glass. Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
