- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne (optional)
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Remove the silver skin from the ribs, then rub with the dry spice mix and let sit for 30 minutes or overnight.
- Wrap the seasoned ribs in foil and bake at 300°F (150°C) for 150-180 minutes, or until tender.
- Unwrap and grill over medium heat, basting with BBQ sauce, for about 8-10 minutes until sticky and slightly charred.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serve with extra BBQ sauce.
Notes
For best flavor, let the ribs sit with the rub overnight. Use heavy-duty foil to prevent tears.
