Description

A mouthwatering dish featuring tender meat, smoky flavors, and sweet barbecue sauce, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Remove the silver skin from the ribs, then rub with the dry spice mix and let sit for 30 minutes or overnight.
  2. Wrap the seasoned ribs in foil and bake at 300°F (150°C) for 150-180 minutes, or until tender.
  3. Unwrap and grill over medium heat, basting with BBQ sauce, for about 8-10 minutes until sticky and slightly charred.
  4. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serve with extra BBQ sauce.

Notes

For best flavor, let the ribs sit with the rub overnight. Use heavy-duty foil to prevent tears.
