- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Puff pastry dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
- Roll out the pastry dough on a floured surface and cut into desired shapes (squares or circles).
- Place a spoonful of spinach filling onto the center of each pastry piece.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
- Place the pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
