- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup finely chopped Napa cabbage
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, Napa cabbage, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions. Mix well.
- Fill each wonton wrapper with a spoonful of the mixture and seal tightly.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently add the wontons. Cook until they float to the surface.
- Serve in a bowl with broth and enjoy your spicy Sichuan wonton soup.
Notes
Garnish with extra chopped green onions or a drizzle of chili oil for added spice. Pairs well with steamed rice or stir-fried vegetables.
