Description

Deliciously spicy grilled chicken wings paired with crispy fries and refreshing Greek salad, perfect for family dinners or game nights.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for chicken)
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon (for chicken)
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for fries)
  • Salt & pepper to taste (for fries)
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for salad)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (for salad)
  • Salt & pepper to taste (for salad)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss the chicken wings in the marinade and let them sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the marinated wings over medium heat or bake them at 400°F for about 35–40 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking.
  3. While the wings are cooking, toss the potato fries in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake them at 425°F for 25–30 minutes, flipping them once.
  4. In a bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, and crumbled feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve the hot, grilled chicken wings alongside the crispy fries and Greek salad.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the wings in advance. Adjust cayenne pepper for desired heat level.
