Ingredients

- 2 large chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Greek spices (e.g., oregano, thyme, paprika)
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1–2 tbsp hot honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, Greek spices, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, peel and cube the potatoes. Boil in salted water until tender, then drain.
- Toss the potatoes with garlic, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, and roast them in the oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Grill the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- For the whipped feta, blend feta cheese with hot honey until creamy.
- Serve the grilled chicken on a plate, drizzled with whipped feta, alongside the crispy garlic parmesan potatoes.
Notes
Marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight for more flavor. Adjust hot honey based on spice preference.
