Instructions
- Marinate and grill the chicken by coating chicken thighs with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic powder. Grill or pan-fry until golden.
- Cook the basmati rice according to package instructions.
- Thinly slice the cucumber.

Notes
