A quick and tasty meal featuring tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and fluffy rice with a spicy kick.
Ingredients

- 1 chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp spicy sauce (sriracha, chili garlic, or hot honey)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: dash of lime or sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Toss chicken cubes in spicy sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Sear in a pan until golden and cooked through.
- Steam the broccoli until just tender but still bright green.
- Thinly slice cucumbers.
- Spoon fluffy white rice onto your plate.
- Assemble your bowl with each element in sections and add lime or sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Serve warm and arrange ingredients nicely for presentation. Can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days.
