Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are well coated in the batter.
  4. Spread the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  6. Toss the baked cauliflower in your favorite buffalo sauce before serving.

Notes
