Description

A quick, healthy, and delicious meal featuring lean ground beef and fresh vegetables, perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 small zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, soy sauce, or sriracha drizzle

Instructions

  1. In a hot skillet, brown the ground beef with garlic powder, smoked paprika, and onion powder until juicy and flavorful.
  2. Heat olive oil in another pan and sauté zucchini slices until lightly golden.
  3. Steam broccoli until tender-crisp.
  4. Layer the seasoned beef, sautéed zucchini, and steamed broccoli into a deep bowl.
  5. Optionally, drizzle with sriracha or soy sauce, and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

Adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes. Feel free to substitute ground turkey or chicken for the beef. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
