Description

Crispy garlic bread filled with warm, cheesy spaghetti and marinara sauce—a fun twist on classic flavors!


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread, halved
  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on the cut sides of the French bread.
  4. Place the bread halves on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  5. In another bowl, toss the cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce until well coated.
  6. Evenly distribute the marinara-coated spaghetti over each bread half.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the spaghetti on both bread halves.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  9. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if using, slice into portions, and serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
