Crispy garlic bread filled with warm, cheesy spaghetti and marinara sauce—a fun twist on classic flavors!

- 1 loaf French bread, halved
- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on the cut sides of the French bread.
- Place the bread halves on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, toss the cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce until well coated.
- Evenly distribute the marinara-coated spaghetti over each bread half.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the spaghetti on both bread halves.
- Return to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley if using, slice into portions, and serve hot.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
