- 200g ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Cook ground beef with cumin in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Mix the cooked beef with rice, corn, and black beans until well combined.
- Fill each halved bell pepper with the beef mixture.
- Top each stuffed pepper with shredded cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted.
