Delightful snowball cookies that melt in your mouth, made with sweetened condensed milk and topped with powdered sugar.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Powdered sugar to decorate
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a tray with parchment paper.
- Beat the butter with the sugar until fluffy.
- Add the condensed milk and vanilla, mixing well.
- Incorporate the flour, salt, and chopped nuts, mixing until forming a soft dough.
- Form 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared tray.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until golden on the base.
- Let cool on a rack and, when cold, cover them generously with powdered sugar.
Notes
For a nut-free version, simply omit the nuts. You can add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor.
