- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar

- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped Snickers bars
- 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy. Add milk and vanilla extract, then mix in the flour and salt. Fold in mini chocolate chips. Roll the cookie dough into small balls and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).
- Gently fold in the chopped Snickers and Reese’s pieces, along with the cookie dough balls.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container.
- Freeze for at least 240-360 minutes, or until firm.
