Delightfully indulgent homemade ice cream loaded with cookie dough, crunchy Snickers, and creamy Reese’s peanut butter cups.

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup chopped Snickers
- 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Make the Cookie Dough: In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir in the heat-treated flour and the milk until a dough forms. Fold in the mini chocolate chips. Roll the dough into small bite-sized balls and freeze them.
- Prepare the Ice Cream Base: In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until everything is smooth.
- Assemble the Ice Cream: Gently fold in the frozen cookie dough balls, chopped Snickers, and chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or an airtight container.
- Freeze & Enjoy: Cover the container with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 360 minutes or overnight. Once it’s frozen, scoop it out and enjoy this over-the-top treat!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Can be served with extra chocolate or caramel sauce for added flavor.
