S’mores Grilled Cheese

Description

A fun and tasty twist on the classic campfire treat, combining chocolate and marshmallows between crispy bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Place 1 slice of bread onto a cold frying pan.
  2. Set the heat to low (level 1 or 2) to allow the chocolate and marshmallows to melt slowly.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips and mini marshmallows on top of the bread, then cover with the second slice.
  4. Grill the bread slowly on one side until golden and crisp.
  5. Flip carefully, and repeat on the other side.
  6. Keep cooking on low until the chocolate and marshmallows are fully melted and gooey.
  7. Slice, serve, and enjoy the warm, melty s’mores experience!

Notes

Try adding peanut butter or crushed graham crackers for a twist. Serve hot with milk or hot chocolate.
