A fun and delicious dessert that brings classic s’mores flavor into a rich chocolate treat with gooey marshmallows and crunchy graham crackers.

- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until warm (not boiling). Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and butter until smooth. Add vanilla extract.
- Pour melted chocolate into a serving dish or baking pan. Top with mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers.
- Place under a broiler for 1-2 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Scoop with graham crackers or drizzle over ice cream for the ultimate s’mores indulgence!
Notes
Watch the marshmallows closely while broiling to prevent burning. You can also add nuts or different types of chocolate for a unique twist.
