Ingredients

- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs or breasts with oregano, basil, and paprika.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker.
- Add the drained diced tomatoes on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.
