A hearty breakfast of seared steak and perfectly cooked eggs, packed with protein and flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 1/2 lb beef steak, cubed (ribeye or sirloin preferred)
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Optional: garlic powder or onion powder for extra kick
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a hot skillet, then add your cubed steak. Let it sear to perfection until browned on all sides.
- Sprinkle paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper over the meat. Stir to coat evenly.
- Push the steak to one side and crack in the eggs, keeping the yolks whole.
- Once the whites are almost set, drizzle with butter, sprinkle with parsley, and a final dash of chili flakes.
- Let it all cook together for another minute, then serve straight from the pan.
Notes
Best served fresh from the skillet, can be accompanied by bread or salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
