Ingredients

- 1 lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the sliced steak with cornstarch and soy sauce.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and stir-fry until browned.
- Add the onions and bell pepper and continue to stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve with rice.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the steak for 30 minutes before cooking. You can add other vegetables like broccoli or snap peas.
