Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the sliced steak with cornstarch and soy sauce.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Add the onions and bell pepper and continue to stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve with rice.

Notes
