Ingredients

- 1 slice whole grain bread, toasted
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 large eggs
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
- 4–5 fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Mash avocado with a fork, season with salt and pepper, then spread evenly over the toasted whole grain bread.
- Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt. Cook in a non-stick pan over medium heat, stirring gently until soft and fluffy.
- Serve scrambled eggs alongside the avocado toast. Sprinkle red pepper flakes on the toast if desired.
- Slice fresh strawberries and add to the plate.
