Delightful appetizers filled with shrimp and cream cheese, perfect for parties or as a fun snack.
Ingredients

- 8 oz raw shrimp, peeled, deveined, finely chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Sweet chili sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shrimp, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
- Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, then fold and pinch to seal tightly.
- In a deep skillet or pot, heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry in small batches for 2–3 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Garnish with more green onion and serve hot with sweet chili sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, feel free to add a dash of hot sauce to the filling mixture. Use fresh shrimp for the best taste.
