A delightful dish that combines tender sirloin steak and juicy shrimp with flavorful teriyaki sauce, perfect for a quick weeknight meal.

- 8 oz lo mein or yakisoba noodles
- 1/2 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Sear steak until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add another tbsp oil to the pan. Cook shrimp until they turn pink and are cooked through. Set them aside.
- In the same pan, sauté minced garlic in sesame oil. Stir in soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, oyster sauce, and honey. Let it simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add the cooked noodles, seared steak, and shrimp back into the pan. Toss everything together to coat well.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and enjoy your dish while hot!
Notes
Tip: Make sure not to overcook the shrimp; they cook quickly and should be removed as soon as they turn pink. Use fresh ingredients whenever possible.
