- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- wonton wrappers
- sweet chili sauce for dipping
- oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chopped shrimp, cream cheese, and green onion until well mixed.
- Place a small spoonful of the mixture onto the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold over, and seal tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
- Fry the wontons until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with sweet chili sauce.
Notes
For a healthier option, you can bake the wontons instead of frying them. Brush with oil and bake until crispy.
