A delicious and creamy pasta dish featuring shrimp, broccoli, and fettuccine in a rich Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients

- 12 oz fettuccine or preferred pasta
- 1 tbsp salt (for boiling water)
- 2 tbsp unsalted olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and milk, stirring until combined. Bring to a simmer and let it thicken for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cooked fettuccine, broccoli florets, and shrimp back into the skillet. Toss everything together to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Notes
Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor and feel free to add more vegetables for extra nutrition.
