- 1 cup icing sugar
- 4–5 cups cake flour
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the softened butter and icing sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add the cake flour, mixing it into the butter and sugar mixture to form a dough. Start with 4 cups of flour and add more if needed for the right consistency.
- Roll the dough out to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Use cookie cutters or a knife to cut the dough into your preferred shapes.
- Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the biscuits cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
For a special touch, serve with a dusting of icing sugar. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
