Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sautéed spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes until wilted.
- Pour in the egg mixture and gently stir with a spatula as it cooks.
- When the eggs are almost set, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and continue cooking until the eggs are fully cooked and the cheese is melted.
