Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
  • 1/2 cup sweet potatoes, cubed and roasted
  • 1/4 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tsp hot honey or sriracha drizzle (optional)
  • Salt, pepper, and smoked paprika to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with salt, pepper, and a dash of smoked paprika.
  2. Toss the cubed sweet potatoes with oil, salt, and paprika. Roast them in the oven at 400°F for 20–25 minutes until golden and tender.
  3. Add a generous scoop of cottage cheese to your bowl. Drizzle with hot honey if you like some spice.
  4. Cube fresh avocado and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning for extra flavor.
  5. Layer all the ingredients in a deep bowl and enjoy each tasty bite!
