- Crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
- 1/2 onion, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional, for thickening)
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until it is browned.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and brown sugar.
- (Optional) To thicken the sauce, stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Toss in the cooked noodles, drizzle with sesame oil, and add red pepper flakes if you want extra heat.
