- 2 slices of bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- Lemon juice
Instructions
- Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
- While the bread is toasting, heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms until they are tender. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix in lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Spread the mashed avocado on each slice of toast.
- Top one slice with sautéed mushrooms and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
