Description

Sautéed zucchini is a simple and delicious side dish that brings out the best flavors of fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 8 oz white button mushrooms, stems trimmed and quartered
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are softened.
  4. Stir in the zucchini slices, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
