Description

A quick and easy dish featuring a colorful mix of sautéed vegetables, perfect as a side or light main course.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup sliced white mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of Italian seasoning or chili flakes

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Toss in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms. Sauté for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and optional spices.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and serve warm.

Notes

Feel free to add other vegetables or proteins. This dish can also be reheated easily.
