- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced white mushrooms
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: pinch of Italian seasoning or chili flakes
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Toss in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms. Sauté for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and optional spices.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve warm.
Notes
Feel free to add other vegetables or proteins. This dish can also be reheated easily.
