Description

A festive dessert that brings holiday cheer with its creamy texture and fun decorations, perfect for Christmas gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream, for topping
  • Fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create the crust.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 240 minutes or overnight to let it set.
  5. Before serving, decorate the cheesecake with whipped cream and strawberries to look like Santa hats! Add a small dollop of whipped cream on top of each strawberry to complete the Santa look.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. Decorate just before serving for the freshest look.
