- 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/4 cups salted caramel sauce, divided
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Crushed toffee bits or extra graham cracker crumbs for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter with 1/4 cup of the caramel sauce. Press this mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate to form the crust.
- In a separate large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the remaining 1 cup of caramel sauce, the sweetened condensed milk, and the vanilla extract. Beat everything until it is fully combined.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or until the filling is firm.
- Just before serving, in a chilled bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and the powdered sugar with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Pipe or spoon the whipped cream on top of the pie. Drizzle with additional caramel sauce and sprinkle with toffee bits or graham cracker crumbs.
Notes
Serve chilled. Store in the refrigerator covered for up to 3 days.
