A delicious, no-bake dessert combining smooth cream, sweet caramel, and a crunchy graham cracker crust.

- 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/4 cups salted caramel sauce, divided
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Crushed toffee bits or extra graham cracker crumbs for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the melted butter with 1/4 cup of the caramel sauce. Press this mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate to form the crust.
- In a separate large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the remaining 1 cup of caramel sauce, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Beat until fully combined.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 240 minutes, or until the filling is firm.
- Before serving, beat the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Pipe or spoon the whipped cream on top of the pie. Drizzle with extra caramel sauce and sprinkle with toffee bits or graham cracker crumbs.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature to avoid lumps. Chill the mixing bowl for the whipped cream for extra fluffiness.
