Instructions
- Prepare the Brownies: Bake the brownie mix according to the package instructions and let cool completely before cutting into small squares.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, then fold in whipped cream until fluffy.
- Prepare the Whipped Cream Topping: Whip 1 cup heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Assemble the Trifle: Layer brownie cubes, cheesecake mixture, and salted caramel sauce in a trifle dish, repeating layers until filled.
- Finish the Trifle: Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate-covered caramels. Chill for at least 1-2 hours or overnight before serving.
