  • 2 tbsp chopped celery or green onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
  • 2 large carrots, cut into sticks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for carrot fries)
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan

  5. Place the golden salmon cake next to the crispy carrot fries and salad on a plate. Top the salmon cake with a dollop of Greek yogurt or tartar sauce.
  6. Enjoy your delicious meal right away while everything is warm and fresh!

Notes

Store leftovers separately in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat the salmon cake and carrot fries in the oven for the best texture.
