S’mores Lasagna

Description

A delicious no-bake dessert that combines the flavors of s’mores in a fun, layered lasagna form, perfect for gatherings and family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pkg instant chocolate pudding (3.4 oz)
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 container Cool Whip (8 oz)
  • 1 jar marshmallow crème fluff (7 oz)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (toasted)
  • 2 pkg chocolate graham crackers
  • 1 pkg graham crackers
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 23 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp sweetened cocoa powder
  • 24 large marshmallows (optional for topping)
  • Hot fudge sauce (optional for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the instant chocolate pudding with milk until mixed well. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes until it becomes firm.
  2. In another bowl, combine the Cool Whip and marshmallow crème. Beat until smooth. Toast the mini marshmallows by microwaving them for 10 seconds, then lightly toast them with a kitchen torch. Mix these into the Cool Whip mixture.
  3. Line a 9×13” pan with tin foil or parchment paper.
  4. Layer 1: Place a layer of chocolate graham crackers at the bottom of the pan. Spread 1/3 of the marshmallow Cool Whip mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Layer 2: Spread half of the chocolate pudding over the marshmallow mixture. Add a layer of regular graham crackers. Spread another 1/3 of the marshmallow mixture over these crackers. Then spread the remaining pudding on top.
  6. Layer 3: Add a final layer of chocolate graham crackers. Top with the remaining marshmallow crème mixture.
  7. Using a stand mixer, beat the heavy cream on medium-high until it’s bubbly. Add 2 tbsp powdered sugar and 2 tbsp cocoa powder. Continue beating until stiff peaks form. Spread the chocolate whipped cream over the top layer.
  8. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours to allow the layers to set.
  9. For extra fun, top with microwaved marshmallows and lightly toast them with a kitchen torch. Drizzle hot fudge over the top and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs for extra crunch.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Best served cold.
