- 1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce or crushed tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced green olives
- 1/3 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Fresh thyme, for garnish
- Flour or cornmeal, for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Lightly grease a sheet pan and dust it with flour or cornmeal.
- Stretch the dough to fit the pan, making it about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with cheese, then add the olives, peppers, and onions on top.
- Drizzle olive oil on the pizza, sprinkle with oregano, and bake for 15–18 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
- Garnish with fresh thyme. Slice the pizza and serve hot!
Notes
Store leftover pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
