Deliciously soft and gooey cookies filled with chocolate, crunchy nuts, and fluffy marshmallows.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 stick butter (room temperature)
- 2 oz dark chocolate bar (chopped and melted)
- 2/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg + 1 yolk
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 12 regular Campfire Marshmallows
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the softened butter, melted chocolate, dark brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the large egg and egg yolk until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients in thirds, mixing gently after each addition. Be careful not to overmix the batter.
- Stir in the dark chocolate chips until well mixed.
- Form 6 giant cookie balls and place 2 Campfire marshmallows inside each ball, ensuring the dough fully covers the marshmallows.
