Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the sweet potatoes into rounds.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato rounds with olive oil, cinnamon, smoked paprika, and ground cumin until evenly coated.
- Spread the sweet potato rounds in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese before serving.
Notes
