Ingredients

- 1 medium green cabbage, cut into 8 wedges (keep the core intact)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the cabbage wedges on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Then, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until they are tender and slightly golden.
- While the cabbage is roasting, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl to create the creamy garlic Parmesan sauce.
- Once the cabbage is done, serve it warm with the sauce drizzled on top and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
For added flavor, consider adding chili flakes to the sauce. You can also try different cheeses such as feta or cheddar.
