Scale
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  2. Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Stir in the oats, Rice Krispies, and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and drop them onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and centers are set.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
