- 1 medium yellow squash, spiralized
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions
- Start by spiralizing the zucchini and yellow squash. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
- In a large bowl, combine the spiralized zucchini, yellow squash, halved tomatoes, chopped parsley, and chopped basil.
- Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently toss the salad and garnish with a lemon wedge before serving.
