Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple puree
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 cup sugar, mixing well.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract.
  5. Divide the batter in half. To one half, stir in the pineapple puree. To the other half, stir in the orange juice.
  6. Pour the pineapple batter over the crust, then spoon the orange batter on top. Use a knife to swirl the two batters together.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure cream cheese is softened and consider adding orange zest for extra flavor. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze tightly wrapped for longer storage.
